Abstract New screening protocol optimized for the early selection of hybidomas generated with AdaGT selection media. AdaBX technology enables earlier isolation and stabilization of promising hybridomas by cell cloning. AdaBX screening is typically done 6-9 days after fusion.

Advantages Earlier isolation of positive hybridomas enables earlier cell cloning and minimizes loss of positive hybridomas due to inherent genetic instability of these hybrid cells.
